Thanks to our experienced R&D team, we developed a series of successful solutions on Dimmable LED Drivers, LED Heat Dissipation, and Luminous Efficacy issues. We adopt CREE LED XLamp XR-E/XP-E and become one of the biggest CREE LED users in finished lamps production in China. We also adopt Edison LED or Epistar LED chip from Taiwan.

We fully qualified all raw materials before they are allowed to enter our facility, and our quality control personnel inspect each phase of production. Finally, all LED spotlights, tubes and other lighting fixture are giving burn-in tests and performance tests before being packed and shipped. Thus, we ensured that only qualified LED products are delivered to our valued customers.

Golden Sun is located in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, where we are surrounded by a multitude of raw material suppliers. Besides, because of our big consumption, we acquire materials at low prices, which reduce the cost of production of our LED products. This location also provides us convenient shipping methods by sea, land and air, which lower the freight cost for both us and our clients.

We have a monthly production capability of 100,000 units of LED lighting products. How to order

Minimum Order Quantity

10 pcs are required for LED bulbs, and 5 pcs for other LED products. We require this not for little profit, but for customers' better and sufficient understandings of our lamps. This is the reasonable quantity for product performance verification if you want to have the authentic results from its laboratory tests. If the quantity is below the quantity, it is hard to get the neutral real results from sample testing.

Shipping

Normally orders will be shipped via express delivery service like DHL, UPS, while some bulk orders will be shipped via Air Shipping or Ocean Shipping. We can offer the lower shipping prices to our customers than our competitors as our shipping forwarders give us the favorable prices due to our large volume of business with them.

Order Confirmation
After getting order confirmation from client, we will prepare a PI in which the total amount of the product prices and the shipping cost, the delivery time, the receiving address and the shipping method are listed.

Payment
Paypal or T/T for trial order; T/T for formal order

Delivery
5-7 days production time for sample order; 10-15 days for bulk order. Normally 5 days transportation time via DHL or UPS; 10 days via Air Shipping; 30 days via Ocean Shipping.

Warranty
Golden Sun offer three-year warranties to our customers. The product will be replaced FREE for any defect encountered when it is correctly installed and maintained for a period of three years since the date of purchase. The customer PI is well conserved and can be used to track the purchasing date.

The limited warranty excludes defects caused by:
1. Damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence
2. Used in an enclosed fixture without air flow
3. Continuous use for 24 hours a day without break
4. Exposure to fire
